This system features a 400-litre poly tank that is specifically molded for use with traction compounds, complete with an agitator and a positively draining sump to ensure efficient mixing and dispensing. The chassis is constructed from heavy-duty RHS steel and is hot-dip galvanized for long-lasting durability. Equipped with V-Turf 20×10.8-8 tyres, the system is designed for stable operation across various surfaces.
The Poly2073 diaphragm pump delivers impressive performance, with a 75Lpm capacity and 15Bar (218 PSI) pressure, powered by a Honda GX series engine. The engine includes a recoil start mechanism and comes with a 3-year factory warranty. To ensure safety, the system includes a crash bar for engine protection.
The control system includes a 12-volt in-cab, 3-section switch box with a master on/off switch and a pressure adjustment switch for easy operation. It also features a 3-section manual valve manifold with a motorized master on/off valve, manual pressure relief valve, and a 3-way pressure balancing manifold to give users full control over the system.
The boom is a 6-meter horizontal folding galvanized unit, plumbed with 250mm spacings. It features a spring-loaded breakaway system for added durability and is made with stainless steel boom tubes and Teejet nozzle bodies. Low drift nozzles further enhance precision and efficiency in application.
